The Photography 4 Humanity 2025 Global Prize Competition is now accepting submissions from photographers around the world. This year’s competition, organized by Right Here, Right Now, centers on the theme of climate justice, recognizing climate change as a pressing human rights issue.
Photographers are encouraged to submit compelling images that capture the human impact of the climate crisis. Rather than focusing on data or statistics, the competition seeks to reveal the real stories of individuals and communities directly affected.
This includes climate refugees, vulnerable groups such as children, the elderly, people with disabilities, low-income populations, indigenous communities, women, and those living on the frontlines, like island nations.
Submissions may also spotlight climate advocates those working to raise awareness, influence policy, or take action to reduce and reverse environmental damage. The competition aims to highlight both the challenges and the resilience of people facing the climate emergency.
