The Drone Photo Awards holds the distinction of being the leading international competition dedicated specifically to the art of aerial photography and videography.
As a significant part of the esteemed Siena Awards, it occupies a unique space within the photographic world, focusing solely on perspectives captured from above, distinct from conventional ground-level photography.
This competition warmly invites submissions of aerial visuals created using a wide array of methods, including images and videos taken from fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, drones, balloons, blimps, dirigibles, rockets, kites, and even parachutes.

Entry Fees:
The payment of your Fee to allow you to participate in the photo contest can be made as follows:
- 1 image free to enter
- 3 images (including the free one) € 20
- Each additional image € 10
- Series € 35
File Specification:
- sRGB or Adobe98 colour space, 8-bit;
- Longest dimension must not exceed 1920 pixels, 72dpi.
- Saved as a JPG;
- No Watermarks / Copyright Units / Logos on images;
- Only bleed photographs without borders;
Finalist Entrants must be able to provide a high resolution digital file of minimum 8 Megabyte (Minimum Pixel Size 2400px x 3600px at 300dpi).

Each photographer retains copyright of his or her images
Winning photographs may be included in the future in traveling group gallery exhibitions and/or screenings and projections at arts institutions and festivals worldwide. Proper credit lines will be attributed to each photographer when exhibited or screened anywhere by Siena Awards.
All entrants agree that all photograph(s) submitted to the competition may be reproduced (with photographer copyright credit) and used for promotional purposes related to the Siena Awards activities, such as exhibitions, catalogs, calendars, videos, and websites. You hereby grant Siena Awards a right to use submitted photographs in the framework of such promotional activities.
