What size of files can I submit?
Digital images must be 2400 pixels max. longest side, 120 ppi, jpeg format, sRGB. Files should be named lastname-firstname_title.jpg (no accented characters in the filename)

Entrants agree to grant Black & White Spider Awards permission to use the work for promotional purposes in any of its publications including the Winners Book, or on the website and other electronic media, or at exhibition, or other marketing materials for a period of four years from the Nominations & Winners Photoshow, without further permission or remuneration.
Entrants also understand the work may be published in 3rd-party publications including newspapers, magazines and periodicals, solely for the purpose of promoting the work, the photographer, and Black & White Spider Awards.
Photographer’s name will be listed with the photograph.
